General Show Information
NO ONE UNDER THE AGE OF 18 WILL BE ALLOWED TO ENTER THE KOSHERFEST EXHIBIT HALL. THIS INCLUDES INFANTS, CHILDREN, IN STROLLERS OR CARRIED. THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS.
NO ATTENDEES WILL BE ADMITTED TO THE EXHIBIT HALL AFTER 3PM ON WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 30, 2013. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Visitor Registration and Attendance Policies:
Admissions to exhibits, feature areas, and conferences are by badge only, which may be obtained in the registration area. All visitors must register and provide proper business credentials to be admitted.
KOSHERFEST IS OPEN TO TRADE PROFESSIONALS ONLY and is NOT open to the general public. Any registrant/attendee may be asked to provide government issued photo ID (i.e. driver’s license, passport, etc.) and proof of employment (i.e pay stub, business card, company ID card, verification of employment on company letterhead etc.) when picking up their badge at the show. Failure to provide required
identification may prevent admission to Kosherfest. The Kosherfest Management team reserves the right to remove any individual from the show floor if misrepresentation has occurred.
For the safety of all visitors, exhibitors, and show personnel, an authorized security agent will conduct a hand-wand scan of all persons entering the exhibit hall and special events. A picture ID is also required to enter these areas. We thank you for your cooperation with these security measures.
Rates & Show Hours:
The pre-registration fee (before October 29) is $60.00. The on-site registration fee for Kosherfest is $80.00. Your badge gives you access to Kosherfest and all Special Events. All badge changes and registration questions should be directed to the staff in the registration area. Badge holders are also available in this area. All show and registration payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Tuesday, October 29: 8:00am - 5:00pm
Wednesday, October 30: 9:00am - 3:00pm
Exhibit Hall Hours:
Tuesday, October 29: 10:00am - 5:00pm
Wednesday, October 30: 10:00am - 4:00pm
A coat and baggage check is available in the lobby to the left of the registration area at the Meadowlands Exposition Center from 9am-5:30pm on Tuesday, and from 9am-5pm on Wednesday. For security reasons, all visitors and exhibitors are asked to leave baggage in this area.
Exhibitor Sales Booth and Lounge:
The Kosherfest Exhibitor Sales Booth and Lounge is located on the show floor, at the back of the 300 aisle. Exhibitors and visitors interested in exhibiting information are invited to stop by for a cup of coffee or tea and speak with a sales representative to get information on exhibiting and advertising/sponsorship opportunities at Kosherfest.
Lost and Found
Lost and found articles may be turned in or claimed at the Show Management Office, located in on the show floor, at the back of the 300 aisle.
Those wishing to utilize it will find a Mincha area at the rear of the Kosherfest exhibit floor, next to the Show Office and Exhibit Sales Office.
Smoking is NOT permitted in Meadowlands Exposition Center.
No Paging in the Exhibit Hall
Paging service is not offered in the exhibit hall.
Photography by visitors and exhibitors is not allowed on the exhibit floor. Only approved, qualified press, show management staff and the official show photographer are allowed to take video and/or still photos at the show.
Qualified press should visit the Press Room, located to the right as you enter the Meadowlands Exposition Center to register and pick up badges. Registered press can obtain information on exhibiting companies and new products, and set up interviews with show management.
*Working press is invited to attend the trade show and Special Events at no charge. To receive a complimentary Press Registration, press must be a qualified representative from one of the following news organizations: Trade Publication, News Publication, Business Publication, Consumer Publication, Newspaper, Wire Service, Radio Station, Television Station.*
Note: Diversified Business Communications and Andover Communications are solely responsible for determining if individuals qualify for Press Registration.
The Shacharis Minyan will be held on both Tuesday and Wednesday mornings at 7 AM sharp in a conference room on the second floor of the Convention Center.
Show Management Office
