Our vision was to offer something different and memorable to our family, friends and fellow drinkers, an excellent quality single malt scotch, with KOSHER wine finish.
After travelling the length and breadth of Scotland and seeking out carefully matured casks from the most remote places, we have now turned our passion into a reality.
Our whisky casks have been individually paired with a complementary kosher wine finish, giving each dram its own special character.
Our Tasting notes:
Glen Elgin
Nose: Malty cereal & summer fruit sweetness, dusted with icing sugar.
Palate: Cotton wool softness, with plums. Some grape seed tannins with a trace of anise.
Finish: Medium and well balanced with spicy wood punches and a raspberry jam overlay.
Caol Ila
Nose: Charred oak and a pinch of saltiness. Lovely balance with green gauges in the background.
Palate: Rounded and soft with delicious pomegranate. Well-integrated peat smoke and toasted oak.
Finish: Just like the end of a meaty grill with sea salt on the lips and extended malty fruity sweetness.
Linkwood
Nose: Toffee and chocolate mingled with rich fruits, red apple skins, oak spice, and a hint of nutmeg.
Palate: Silky smooth and rounded. Rich caramel coupled with stewed fruits and orange zest.
Finish: A long malt-driven finish with hints of honeydew sweetness.
Blair Athol
Nose: Sweet toffee, icing sugar, small gentle oak and herbal mintiness on the back
Palate: Cinnamon oats with chunks of white chocolate, with a pinch of spicy red wine
Finish: A pinch of aniseed, wrapping into a long-lasting dram
