Pamela Aflalo, founder and CEO of Nutty Bunny LLC, created the idea for the tea-infused sorbets during an afternoon tea get-together with friends. “After the introduction of our Nutty Bunny non-dairy ice creams, I wanted to create another product line – particularly for my daughter who is allergic to dairy products. The concept was so radical from what is available today in the frozen dessert category, that I just had to try to develop a recipe that was worthy of the Nutty Bunny label. We are driven by the high quality of our products and the need for great-tasting organic, non-GMO foods,” Aflalo said.
