Mihaela Gutman is a local beekeeper and the co-founder of Sunny Honey Miami, and has developed multiple flavors of raw creamed honey, combining the rich nutrients of raw honey with the health benefits of superfoods. Creaming raw honey preserves the natural benefits of honey while keeping it from becoming solid. Creaming machines take the raw honey and spin it for up to four days as it crystalizes, creating a product that is spreadable, and has a smooth texture. In the process of creaming we add whole ingredients to flavor the honey and enhance the taste and to appeal to more customers.
