The US Embassy requires citizens of some countries to obtain a Visa to visit the U.S. for personal and/or business travel.

We do not provide letters of invitation for the purpose of obtaining a visa for travel. Diversified Business Communications (producers of Kosherfest) have been informed directly by the U.S. Embassy and legal counsel that a letter of invitation has no bearing on whether a visa will be issued.

When applying for your visa, be sure to provide a copy of your registration confirmation as proof of your intent to attend the show, as well as any promotional materials you have received verifying the exhibition is a valid event. A hotel confirmation is not the same as an event registration.

If you are exhibiting at Kosherfest, your booth confirmation and contract to exhibit can be attached to your application for a Visa as supporting documentation.

Please review information on US Visas at: http://travel.state.gov/visa/visa_1750.html.

Badges will not be mailed in advance of the show. Please print your registration confirmation email and bring with with you to the show.

Upon arrival, please go to the Pre-Registration Badge Pick Up area at the Meadowlands Exposition Center. You must carry identification and proof of job position with you to obtain your badge. All attendees must show ID to match badge name to enter exhibit hall.

There is a Mincha area at Kosherfest, located on the exhibit floor.

The Shacharis Minyan will be held on both Tuesday and Wednesday mornings at 7 AM sharp in a conference room on the second floor of the Convention Center. The entrance is located to the right of the registration counter.

A coat and baggage check is available in the lobby to the left of the registration area at the Meadowlands Exposition Center from 9am-5:30pm on Tuesday, and from 9am-5pm on Wednesday. For security reasons, all visitors and exhibitors are asked to leave baggage in this area.

The Embassy Suites is located directly next to the Exposition Center. Hyatt Place is just a few more steps away, and Holiday Inn is just across the street.

Admissions to exhibits, feature areas, and conferences are by badge only, which may be obtained in the registration area. All visitors must register and provide proper business credentials to be admitted.
